Engagements
How we work with you
Everything is scoped after discovery. These three packages describe typical shapes of work — timelines and fees depend on your tenant, urgency, and how much evidence you already have. No pricing on this page; we will quote explicitly once we understand the renewal or questionnaire pressure you are under.
1 · Readiness & gap analysis
Baseline before you commit to a large implementation
Timeline: A focused discovery window (often a few weeks), depending on access and stakeholders.
Deliverables:
- Structured review of identity and access posture against what carriers and questionnaires typically ask for.
- Prioritized gap list — what blocks defensible “yes” answers first.
- Evidence checklist: what to export or document from Entra ID and related surfaces.
Outcome: You know where you stand before renewal season — and what would fail scrutiny if someone asked tomorrow.
2 · Coverage-Proof Access Protocol implementation
MFA, privileged access, JML, reviews, audit trail — in your tenant
Timeline: Varies by scope; multi-phase work is common when onboarding and change management matter.
Deliverables:
- Configuration and hardening aligned to the five protocol principles (MFA, privileged access, JML, access reviews, logging and exports).
- Conditional Access and lifecycle patterns appropriate for your firm — not a generic template.
- Documentation and artifacts your leadership can forward: control narrative, exports, and review cadence.
Outcome: Controls that match your environment and the story you need to tell underwriters and clients.
3 · Renewal & questionnaire support
When deadlines are real and answers must hold up
Timeline: Tied to your carrier or client cycle — often a defined window before submission.
Deliverables:
- Mapping questionnaire or renewal language to controls and evidence in your tenant.
- Refresh of narratives and exports as the environment changes.
- Focused remediation for the highest-risk gaps before sign-off.
Outcome: Less last-minute scrambling; fewer “we will get back to you” answers that undermine trust.
